MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Transportation (DOTr) started implementing a speed limit from Ortigas Station to Cubao Station (northbound) of the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) on Friday morning.
In a Facebook advisory posted around 9:40 a.m., the DOTr said a 30-kilometer-per-hour speed limit is currently in place between the two stations due to a signaling issue reported at a wayside signal entering Santolan Station.

“Technical personnel are already on-site conducting troubleshooting,” the DOTr said.
“We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience,” it added. /jpv
