MANILA, Philippines — The Quezon City Police District formed an investigation team to look into an incident in which concrete debris fell off a condominium, critically injuring three minors.

The incident took place along Tomas Morato Avenue last Tuesday, with police initially reporting that two students were hurt.

“In response to the incident, QCPD has activated a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to determine the cause and identify the parties responsible,” the police said in a statement Friday.

“Furthermore, the Atherton Place Condominium management has expressed its willingness to cooperate with the investigation,” it added.
